What you need to know

  • A Cleaning fee of $150 for all events includes food and drink (exclude studios rental)
  • Preparation and wrap-up time count towards your booking duration
  • Standard hours are from 9 am to 12 am (extended hours available upon inquiry)
  • We collaborate with all vendors (furniture, decor, photography, catering and more) ; please ensure to provide vendor list to us for seamless arrangements
  • Alcohol is allowed. A signed waiver and SOP is required for alcohol use
  • Loft and SoirĂ©e is solely event space rental, no waiter or server for events (service upon request)
  • Ballroom and reception spaces can be rented separately. Events will always occupy the entire space.
  • Weekend event space rental can be booked with two time frames only: 9am - 4pm (morning/early afternoon section) and 5pm - 12am (afternoon/night section) extended hours is available upon request
